MEDIHONEY Calcium Alginate Dressing is a novel honey based dressing for minor abrasions lacerations minor cuts and minor scalds and burns. The dressing contains 95% Active Leptospermum Honey and can be used to cover a shallow wound while providing a moist environment conducive to wound healing. Leptospermum Honey has been shown to have several properties which assist in promoting an optimal healing environment.
