We will return or exchange unopened or damaged products within 30 days of the original order. If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will be happy to exchange them for another size or refund your money, less shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns of any opened items due to sanitary reasons. Please submit a return request below. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Customer pays for returned shipping unless items are defective. If you are unsure if you can return a product please submit the return request below and we will review its status.
All defective or items that did not arrive as expected MUST be reported within 10 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. A return authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date.
Returns must be recieved within 10 das of receiving the return authorization number or may be refused.
All RA number must appear on the package or as instructed with the return information.
Replacement orders will not be shipped until the original order has been received back and inspeceted. Once the item has been received and/or confirmed as defective the replacement item will be shipped.
